This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate of RealSexCash.com

  We do not allow email spamming.
  Anyone caught/reported spamming will have there account terminated instantly and no payment will be made. This includes email, IRC, blog, ICQ/AOL/MSN instant messaging or chatroom spamming. WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR EMAIL SPAMMING.

  'Surfer forum' sites.
  Webmasters with 'surfer forums' whos users use free hosting services such as Rapid Share, Megarotic and the like will terminated if any of RealSexCash.com full length content is found on these surfer forums. This includes both movies and images sets.

  No spyware/adware promotion.
  The use of promoting RealSexCash.com by installing any spyware/adware is stictly forbidden. Any affiliate caught/reported doing this will be instantly terminated and no payment will be made.

  No links on password sites.
  We have the right to immediately, and without notice, terminate your participation in the program if we, in our sole and exclusive judgment, conclude that you use a illegal password site to advertise RealSexCash.com websites.

  Fraudulent use.
  Any affiliate who's account looks unusually suspicious may risk being terminated and all monies earned forfitted. Carders... we WILL share your details with other programs and pass your details onto ePassporte.

  Free Hosting Accounts.
  If you use our free hosting you must only use the account for promotion of RealSexCash.com. You may only use our free hosting for image/html and movie files. We do not allow scripts to be run. Failure to comply with this could result in your account being terminated.

  Hotlinking.
  Do not hotlink any banners/images or movies from our servers. Please host these from your own servers or contact us about our free hosting.

  Illegal Sites.
  Do not associate any of our site or content with any warez, file sharing sites, underage, beastality or other illegal sites.

  Liability.
  We will not be held liable for any loss due to server downtime, net congestions, or any other similiar problems. We reserve the right to cancel the program at any time. You must be 18 years or over to participate in these programs.

  Chargebacks/refunds.
  We reserve the rights to cancel any account that has an unusually high number of chargebacks and refunds and withhold any or all monies owed.

  Promotion.
  Do not promise anything to the surfer that we don't advertise or support.

  Payouts.
  Webmasters joining our program solely to receive an ePassporte affiliate account or a Payoneer account with Prepaid debit MasterCard® will not be able to do so. Traffic/sales must be sent to us in order to qualify for the above accounts.

  Modification.
  We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion.
